We would like to suggest some ideas to help you preserve the environment during your stay: turn off the lights that aren’t used, use the recycling bins that you can find around the hotel, review our towel change policy, use water correctly . In addition, in each pool you will find a collection point for reusable material. Please put the glasses and plates from the pool bar in them so they can be washed and disinfected.

We inform you that our hotel is a smoke-free establishment and it is forbidden to smoke in the interior areas, common areas or inside the rooms, including electronic cigarettes.

Currently, due to the restrictions established by the government of the Canary Islands and the Spanish state, smoking is not allowed on terraces or in outdoor spaces (streets or corridors).

Smoking is allowed on the rooms terrace (subject to changes according to regulations).
