You will find a Safety deposit box inside your closet. Please contact the reception for rental and further information (EXT: 9999).
The hotel doesn’t assume any responsibility for items that are not kept in the safe deposit box.
The items kept inside are covered by the safe’s insurance up to a value of €1.200.
Please, leave the Safety deposit box door open on departure.
To regulate your room temperature, an individual temperature control unit is installed in your room. Please make sure you keep windows and doors closed while using the air conditioning.
The room key needs to be inserted in the power saver in order to make the ventilation system work
In accordance with the sustainable environment and given that Lanzarote was declared Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1993, the rooms must have a temperature of 20 to 25 degrees. The temperature is regulated according to the Spanish RITE regulation (Regulation of thermal installations in buildings).

The rooms are cleaned daily (from 8.30am to 4.30pm). Please tell us your preferences. Times are subject to availability and may vary.
If you prefer to change this option you can request the desired cleaning days at reception. For sustainability reasons, if you want to change your towels, put them in the shower and if you want to continue using them, hang them on the hanger. The sheets will be changed every 3 days.
The pool towel service is free (only a deposit of €15 per towel is requested). The deposit will be returned on the last day with the return of the towels and proof of payment.
The towel change service is done directly at our reception (from 10.30 AM till 12:30 pm- Daily)..
